I found this to be an excellent book, insightful and helpful. Not just for co-workers, but family, significant others, you name it. Both the explanations and the examples are very enlightening, also the practice ideas, etc. I think this book would also be very convincing to a doubtful person there are situations whereby counseling would be appropriate, also the flip side, for the type of persons who most often don’t know how to handle this type of person, ie understanding the reasons behind the poor boundaries, etc. I found the examples of different methods of handling people (ie from space to neutralizing, etc.) all very non-judgmental as you realize there is not a good one size fit all.
