Dr. Cavaiola is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Counseling at Monmouth Univ., West Long Branch, NJ. A Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Cavaiola has served as a consultant to several corporations in New Jersey. Dr. Lavender is Professor of Psychology at Ocean County College in Toms River, NJ. He maintains a clinical practice and specializes in relationship counseling. Drs. Caviola and Lavender have been presenting seminars and workshops around the country and even internationally in workplace relationships. They are presently researching and writing a new book on the assessment of social skills in middle and upper management in corporate settings.
